The ‘A Mëchels’ farm is located in the idyllic village of Flaxweiler in Luxembourg. It is an agricultural business that offers hippotherapy (equine-assisted therapy) and also serves as a place of learning for children.

We want to teach children about agriculture, nature and animals. Children learn best through doing and experiencing!

We have been a certified educational farm since 2011 and regularly welcome groups of children. Here, the children enjoy an informative and interesting morning.

But it’s not just children who can enjoy a few pleasant hours with us – retirement homes and facilities for people with disabilities are also welcome. Our farm is home to dairy cows, cattle, calves, horses, chickens, goats, two mini pigs and rabbits.

Our farm dachshund, Fips, brings a smile to every visitor’s face.
