Welcome to Heckewee!

We are a dairy farm, and our cows are milked twice a day in a modern parlour.

We have been a certified educational farm since October and enjoy showing people of all ages what life is like on our family farm. Our aim is to provide authentic experiences and send our guests home with positive memories. As well as cows, our farm is home to chickens, rabbits, cats and two dogs.

Here’s what you can learn with us:

The journey from calf to dairy cow
What do cows eat, and how is their feed produced?
How does milk get to the shop, and what can we do with it?
You will also have the opportunity to make your own butter and cream cheese.
