Welcome to our farm, AgriBraWa, in Girst!

We are Lynn and Charel, two young, motivated farmers who want to open up our farm to children and young people.

We have a dairy farm in the east of the country. Our 100 dairy cows are milked using a carousel. But it’s not just the cows who get to use and test this carousel…

In addition to milk production, we also grow crops. We also take our machines to other farms, so the children can look forward to seeing beautiful new machines on our farm.

Knowledge transfer is very important to us. We want to show children what everyday life is like for a farmer through a variety of workshops.

Some of the activities you can expect:

• Workshop 1: Everything about dairy cows; from calves to adult cows (What do cows eat? How much milk does a calf drink? What does a cow do all day?)
• Workshop 2: Everything about milk (What is in milk? How can I make my own butter? How is lactose-free milk produced?)
• Workshop 3: Everything about grain (from grain in the field to muesli)
• Workshop 4: Many other great activities (straw castle, sack race)
